Banking Center is located in the Marsh store on North Kinser. Responsible for effectively marketing the bank’s products and services both directly and through the supervision, coaching and motivation of Banking Center staff. Additionally, this position is responsible for providing and managing for the highest level of customer service possible, exceeding customer expectations.
Requires education/training equivalent to a 4-year college program (i.e. Bachelors Degree), and the ability to communicate effectively and interact well with employees and the public. Must be able to exercise independent judgment, handle stress effectively, compute figures and sell bank products and services. Requires previous retail management experience, preferably in the banking industry, and the ability to work until 7pm on weeknights and 5pm on Saturdays.

Responsible for accurately balancing and maintaining financial information in the Loan Accounting system and various general ledger and third party accounts. Also responsible for making monetary corrections/adjustments to loans and for providing general loan operations support to ensure quality customer service to both internal and external customers.
The ideal candidate will possess education/training of 18 – 36 months (i.e., Associates Degree), and 3 – 5 years’ related experience. Must have a strong working knowledge of accounting practices and the ability to apply those concepts in a lending environment. Must have strong attention to detail/accuracy and be able to work in a fast pace environment while meeting scheduled deadlines.

Will be responsible for actively soliciting new business from customers, building strong customer relationships by providing outstanding customer service and accurately processing teller transactions.
Requires education/training equivalent to a high school diploma. Must be able to communicate effectively and listen actively. Must be able to approach strangers as potential customers and to remain calm in stressful situations while completing complex transactions.

Retail sales and cash-handling experience preferred. Must be available to work Saturdays. Completing a Monroe Bank employment application is the first step.
