The Assistant Banking Center Manager is the service leader, ensuring that sales and operations are integrated seamlessly to provide a superior customer experience. Will assist the Banking Center Manager in coaching the entire banking center team and assume responsibility for the banking center in the absence of the manager.

The ideal candidate will possess education/training equivalent to a 4-year college program (i.e. Bachelors Degree). Must be able to lead by example and handle sales and operations equally well.

Located in Noblesville at Monroe Bank’s newest Banking Center, this position is primarily responsible for overall management and marketing of the Bank’s products and services through supervision, coaching, and motivation of branch salespeople and referral people. Additionally, this position is responsible for providing and managing to the highest level of customer service possible, exceeding customer expectations.

The ideal candidates will posses education/training equivalent to 4-year college program (i.e., Bachelors Degree) and be very familiar with the Noblesville area. Previous banking experience required.
