About Kids Club
  Monroe Bank is proud to announce the launch of its Kids Club. The purpose of the Kids Club is to teach children the value of saving and instill saving as a lifelong habit. Fundamental to the Kids Club is the Young Savers Account which is intentionally designed to motivate children to keep saving. Our banking center managers are also on standby to visit schools throughout the year to teach children how to save.

The Kids Club also has a Mascot, a loveable bison! Two competitions are currently being held around the Mascot. The first competition being held is to find the bison mascot a name! The second competition is a coloring-in contest. See more information below on our Color/Name the Mascot Contest. You can print out the entry form from this site or stop by any of our banking centers for a copy.

Young Savers Account
  When you open a Young Savers account, you start your child on the right savings path. To encourage good savings habits in young people, there are no minimum balance requirements and no monthly maintenance fees on the Young Savers account.

As an added benefit, a Generations Reward is offered when the parent, grandparent, or guardian of the child is already a Monroe Bank checking customer, or, if not, becomes one. It’s our way of saying thank you for generations of loyalty. The Generations Reward is a deposit into the new Young Savers account as starter funds to help build the account.

All you’ll need to do to open this account is bring your child’s Social Security Number with you - and the kids, of course! Stop by any of our conveniently located Banking Centers and make your child a “Super Saver”!
