  Signing up for Online Banking account is simple. Because we need to verify your sensitive account information, we ask that you do not send your form via e-mail.

    • Personal Accounts: Enrollment Form (pdf)
    • Business Accounts: Enrollment Form (pdf)
    (A copy of your Corporate Resolution is required. If we do not have this document on file, we will contact you.)

3) Drop the completed form at any Banking Center or mail it to:

    P.O. Box 2329
    Bloomington, IN 47402-2329

Your information will be verified and a log-in ID and password will be mailed to you.
