I get a CheckCard at Monroe Bank?
A Monroe Bank CheckCard* is available with any personal checking
account. You may request a card when you open a new account
or, if you already have an account, you may stop by any Monroe
Bank full service banking center and submit your request.

I receive my CheckCard?
Normally your card will be mailed to you within 5-7 business
days.

ATM card?
Yes, your CheckCard is also your ATM card. You can make withdrawals
at any STAR(sm) or Cirrus® ATM location nationwide. You can also make withdraws at any
Indiana Alliance One Network ATMs.

Yes, Monroe Bank offers business CheckCards that can be used
by your employees as you see fit. You can tailor withdrawal
and purchase limits based on your needs for each employee
that receives a card.

Yes, you can use your Monroe Bank CheckCard to make purchases
anywhere Visa® is accepted. You can also use you card
to make ATM withdrawals at any ATM displaying the Cirrus® logo.

Yes, you can change your PIN at any STAR(sm) ATM nationwide.

What are the fees for using for
using my CheckCard?
All purchases made with your Monroe bank CheckCard are free.
ATM withdrawals and deposits made at Monroe Bank ATMs are
also free of charge. ATM withdrawals made at non-Monroe Bank
ATMs will be assessed a fee of $1.50. In addition, the owner
of the ATM may choose to assess a fee called a surcharge for
using its ATM.

What are the daily
withdrawal and purchase limits on my CheckCard?
The normal ATM withdrawal limit is $400 per day and the daily
purchase limit is $2,500 per day.

What should
I do if I forget my PIN?
You will need to visit one of our full service banking center locations
in order for us to properly identify you and your card. After
proper identification, we will reset your PIN.

What should I do if my CheckCard
is lost or stolen?
Contact us as soon as you discover your card is missing at
(800) 319-2664. In addition, contact Visa at (800) VISA-911
to report the card missing. Making these calls as soon as
possible will help limit your liability for any unauthorized
use.

Where can I find
an ATM that will accept a deposit to my Monroe Bank account?
Any ATM located in the state of Indiana that carries the STAR(sm)
brand can be used to make a deposit to your Monroe Bank account.
Deposits made at non-Monroe Bank ATMs will be assessed a $2.00
fee. In addition, the ATM owner may assess a surcharge for
using its ATM.
