Charles R. Royal, Jr., President, Dealer Principal, Royal Chevrolet, Inc., Chairman of the Board, Monroe Bancorp

Mr. Royal has served as a Director of the Company and of the Bank since 1987. He is the President, Dealer, Principal for Royal Chevrolet, Inc., in Bloomington, Indiana.


Mark D. Bradford, President and Chief Executive Officer, Monroe Bank
Mr. Bradford originally joined the Bank in 1990 as Senior Vice President and CFO. He was named Executive Vice President and CFO in October 1998, then President and CEO on June 30, 1999. He was elected Secretary/Treasurer of the Company in December 1997, and Vice President/ Treasurer in December 1998. He was named President and CEO and a Director of the Company and the Bank in June 1999.

Bradford J. Bomba, Jr., M.D., Internal Medicine Associates
Dr. Bomba has served as a Director of the Company and the Bank since 1996. He is a physician with Internal Medicine Associates in Bloomington, Indiana.

James D. Bremner, President and Chief Executive Officer, Bremner & Wiley, Inc.
Mr. Bremner has served as a director of the Company and the Bank since 2004.  He is President of Bremner Duke Healthcare Real Estate, which is a national healthcare real estate development and management firm, headquartered in Indianapolis, IN.

James G. Burkhart, Chief Executive Officer for American Senior Communities, LLC

Mr. Burkhart has worked in the senior healthcare industry in a management and financial capacity for 15 years with seven of those as CEO for American Senior Communities. The company is the largest senior housing company in Indiana and serves today's seniors by providing a multitude of lifestyle choices with integrated services and amenities. Prior to this, Mr. Burkhart was a manager at Ernst & Young for six years.

Steven R. Crider, Vice President, Crider & Crider, Inc.
Mr. Crider has served as a Director of the Company and the Bank since 1995. He is Vice President of Crider & Crider, Inc., a highway and site development contractor in Bloomington, Indiana.

Joyce Claflin Harrell, President, Claflin Enterprise, LLC,
Certified Public Accountant

Ms. Harrell has served as a Director of the Company since its incorporation in 1984 and of the Bank since 1983. Since June 2002, she has served as President of Claflin Enterprise, LLC, a company that markets home health care products. Beginning in 2006, she also serves as President of Claflin Enterprise, Inc., d/b/a/ Home Instead Senior Care, Greenwood, Indiana, a provider of home care services. Prior to her current positions, she served as Senior Vice President/CFO of Indiana University Foundation from April 1990 to April 1999. She served as Vice President/Controller of Monroe Bank from 1982 to 1990. She is a certified public accountant (CPA).


Harry F. McNaught, Jr., President, Denison Properties, Inc.
Mr. McNaught has served as a director of the Company and the Bank since January 2003. He is President of Denison Properties, Inc., a commercial real estate development company serving the Indianapolis, Indiana market.

Paul W. Mobley, Chairman, Noble Roman’s, Inc.
Mr. Mobley has served as a director of the Company since its incorporation in 1984 and of the Bank since 1978. He is Chairman and CEO of Noble Roman’s, Inc., which sells and services franchises primarily for non-traditional locations, for Noble Roman’s Pizza and Tuscano’s Italian Style Subs.

John E. Christy, Central Indiana President
Mr. Christy is regional President of the Bank’s Central Indiana operations. He joined the Bank in July 2003. Prior to his employment with the Bank, he was Senior Vice President of Southtrust Bank in Florida. He was the regional manager in charge of the West Florida Middle Market Division. He was Senior Vice President for Key Bank in Indianapolis, where he was in charge of the Middle Market Commercial Division. He has 20-plus years of experience in the banking industry.

Gordon M. Dyott, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Dyott is the Executive Vice President and CFO of the Bank, and Vice President of the Company. He originally joined the Bank as a Senior Vice President in March 1996, and became Executive Vice President in October 1998. He served as head of retail banking, operations and marketing until December 2001. He became Chief Financial Officer as of January 1, 2002. He was elected Vice President of the Company in December 1998.

J. Scot Davidson , Senior Vice President
Mr. Davidson is a Senior Vice President of the Bank responsible for Retail Services, which consists of the banking centers (outside of the Central Indiana Region), marketing, consumer lending, business development and the Prime Time program. He came to the Bank in 2005 with over 25 years of banking experience. He worked with Bank One and Union Planters in Bloomington, and Integra Bank in Evansville, Indiana.


Christopher G. Tietz , Senior Vice President
Mr. Tietz is a Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer of the Bank. He joined the Bank in August 2005.  Prior to his employment with the Bank, he was employed by Integra Bank in Evansville, Indiana, serving as the Chief Commercial Credit Officer from August 2000 to May 2004 and as Commercial Regional Market Executive from May 2004 to July 2005.  From July 1985 to August 2000, he was employed by First American National Bank (acquired by AmSouth) in Nashville, TN, serving as their Executive Vice President and Regional Senior Credit Officer from May 1993 to August 2000.


R. Scott Walters, Senior Vice President
Mr. Walters is the Secretary of the Company and a Senior Vice President of the Bank in charge of the Wealth Management Group. He originally joined the Bank in 1985 as Vice President and became Senior Vice President in December 1990. He was elected Secretary of the Company in December 1998.
